1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "p9999," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to p9999 and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the casino and sports betting services accessible at p9999.onl.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by p9999.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the p9999 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held within a Player's p9999 wallet, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by p9999 that are subject to specific wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and any other products or features made available on the p9999 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including identity and age verification required before certain account actions are permitted.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p9999 platform, creating an Account, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to p9999 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of Account usage:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. p9999 strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended p9999 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be accessing p9999 Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

p9999 conducts KYC verification for all Accounts. Players are required to submit a valid CNIC or other government-issued identity document prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account restriction.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p9999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify p9999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• p9999 will never contact you to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available and strongly recommended for all p9999 Accounts.
• p9999 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

p9999 employs TLS encryption, session expiry controls, and login anomaly detection to protect Account integrity. Notwithstanding these measures, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility.

5 Deposits & Payments

p9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, and domestic bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet balance following successful payment processing.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• p9999 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party intermediaries not listed as approved payment methods.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Processing times may vary for bank transfer transactions.
• p9999 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or telecommunications network issues.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their p9999 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• p9999 may, at its discretion, conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, or that are flagged by fraud detection systems.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically within 24 to 72 hours, subject to the Player's chosen payment method and any outstanding verification requirements.

p9999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is declined, the Player will be notified and provided with an explanation where permitted by applicable regulations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

p9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within your p9999 wallet. Real-money funds are used first when wagering, unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• p9999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Unclaimed bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• p9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of amendment will be honoured under its original terms.

8 Casino Games & Sports Betting

All casino games available on p9999 are sourced from certified providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) engines are independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate as provided by the respective game developer.

• p9999 accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors during gameplay. In the event of a documented technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, p9999 will conduct a review and may void the affected round or refund the stake at its discretion.
• All sports betting odds displayed on p9999 are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. Bets placed at a displayed odds price are honoured at that price, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In-play betting markets on cricket fixtures, including PSL matches, are subject to suspension during delays, reviews, or exceptional circumstances. p9999 shall not be liable for the unavailability of in-play markets during such periods.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and betting markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• p9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was incorrectly listed, incorrectly priced, or affected by a technical error.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one p9999 Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using p9999 Services for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions via your payment provider in a manner inconsistent with these Terms (commonly referred to as "chargeback fraud").
• Accessing the platform in a manner intended to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security systems.

10 Responsible Gaming

p9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player community. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from p9999 may do so by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the p9999 platform, including but not limited to the p9999 brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of p9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any p9999 content without prior written authorisation from p9999.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the p9999 platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from Account compromise due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any technical interruptions, platform downtime, or data loss caused by factors beyond p9999's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by you based on information or odds displayed on the platform that were subject to a technical error subsequently corrected by p9999.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by p9999.

13 Privacy & Data

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

3. Escalation: If a Player remains dissatisfied following p9999's formal response, the matter may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body.
